Your Three Minds
We all come into this world blessed with three minds, the conscience mind, the subconscious mind and the super-conscious mind. Most are aware of the conscience mind it is who and what we think that we are. Our conscience mind gives us our concept of reality. Our conscience mind’s perception of who we think that we are has been programed into our conscience mind from a very young age. Our faith, fears, doubts and judgments are part of that programing. We are who we consciously think that we are.
Our subconscious mind controls all of the vital workings of our body. Our blood flow, heart beat and vital organ functions are controlled by our subconscious mind. You do not consciously think about breathing unless your breathing becomes a problem, your subconscious mind does this for you. The subconscious mind controls the body’s immune system it can keep us healthy or it can make us sick. It takes orders from the conscious mind which is why we should always be careful about what we think. Our intuitive thoughts are controlled by our subconscious mind it allows us to travel through time and space; it is also the link to our super-conscious mind.
The super-conscious mind is our connection to the mind of the universe; the source that created all things and is a part of all living things. The super-conscious mind represents that creative source in all humans. Humans are the only living creatures that have detached themselves from the super-conscience mind and I believe that is the main reason why most do not truly know who they are or why they are here. It is safe to say no matter who or what you think you are, if you are not aware of the three minds you are lost and life for you is just a game of chance.
The workings of the three minds was keep secret from the masses for centuries even now most people are still using the programed conscious mind to navigate the objective conditions of life. Let me give you an example, many will read this dialog and think it was due to chance. There is a reason for everything I did not know what I was going to write before I started to write it. If you are reading this it is not a message from me it is a message from the mind of the universe.
The message is this, it is time to learn and understand the use of the three minds it is time to truly “Know Thy Self”. The first step is to learn how to control the conscious mind and not allow it to control you. If you are unhappy for any reason it is because you truly do not know who you really are. Your conscience mind has programed you to be unhappy. Learning to control the conscience mind will allow your subconscious mind to open the door to your super-conscience mind which can allow you to be and do whatever you want as long as you are in balance with the mind of the universe.
At the Harlem Ki Energy Center we can help you with the second step which is learning to activate the powers of the subconscious mind through intent of thought. If you would like to make an appointment to learn more call my direct line at 646 329-6727 or send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org . Learning to use the first two steps will help you to open the door to your super-conscience mind learning to do this will allow you to create what many would consider to be miracles.
47 Billion Years of Evolution
A few months ago I received a call from John Turner a respected neurosurgeon who lives in Honolulu. I interviewed Dr. Turner on my Urbanology WHCR 90.3FM radio show a few years ago when he published his book on conscience life after death titled “Medicine, Miracles and Manifestations”. Dr. Turner helped me to understand the large degree of research being done on the theory that conscience awareness after death is very possible.
The Institute of Noetic Science (IONS) is one of a number of scientific based organizations that have provided research data that has fueled the Spiritual Science Movement. A movement that unites scientific research with spiritual phenomenon. Knowing my interest in this line of study, Dr. Turner informed me about a book he was invited to write a foreword for titled “47 Billion Years of Evolution: A Case Report” by Dr. Martha Barham, and edited by Dr. Elaine M. Heiby.
Dr. Barham is a RN and a licensed psychologist and she writes about her encounter along with a number of scientist with two materialized entities (discarnate spirits who temporarily assume a physical human body). Many will think this to be absurd but it was Albert Einstein who once said that “If at first an idea does not sound absurd, then there is no hope for it”.
The sessions with the two spirits one named Mario and the other named Aenka (Ang-Kah) were channeled through a medium and the conversations recorded, Dr. Barham’s book is a case report from the recorded sessions. I read the book (which is now available as an eBook on Amazon.com) with an open mind and found it fascinating. The story of the physical and spiritual development of humankind differs from many current scientific and religious theories.
I will interview Dr. Barham and Dr. Heiby on my Urbanology radio show Tuesday
May 14th at 4:00PM on WHCR 90.3FM which is also on-line at www.whcr.org .
I can understand if this dialog seems strange to you, it seemed strange to me at first. I often talk about coincidence, which I believe to be a massage from the Mind of the Universe, the Source, or who many call God. Much of the information in this book supports my writings over the years about a higher form of spirituality and my belief that the energy of God is greater than the man made limitations of organized religion (see www.theartofwarogers.com).
The concept of “47 Billion Years of Evolution” and how and who delivered the message maybe difficult for many to embrace but the information presented helped me to consider a better answer to the questions of why am I here, how did I get here, and is there a master plan? Try to listen to my show next Tuesday or review the book on Amazon.com you might want to read it. I would be interested in what you think send me an email with your thoughts at email@example.com
Cause and Effect
The concept of cause and effect has been debated for centuries and that debate continues today. Do we have the power to create a change of our internal and external environment? We can see the materialized effects are we empowered to cause a change in them or are we predestine to be who and where we are due to some external force. Is the statement “Mind over Matter” true? Can we manifest our reality through thought?
It may be difficult for many to truly understand the power of thought yet we are affected by the way we think throughout our lives. I agree with the theory that the power of thought manifestation was keep a secret from the masses by a few in order to control and manipulate. I also agree with the theory that we are now moving towards the next step of human evolution. A time where knowledge of the power of thought will begin to change how we look at ourselves and the world.
Fear and doubt has been used for ages as a mental prison by those who were threaten by the individual power we all have to create and control our internal and external environment through thought manifestation. I am sure that there are many of the controlling few who still consider this to be a danger. Perhaps this is why fear and doubt is still being used to isolate, confuse and divide the masses.
We have been programed to doubt our abilities and fear the unknown. Faith and compassion will be the foundation for the next human evolutionary step. Faith in your external abilities to cause a change in your external environment will challenge the controlling power of fear and doubt. Compassion or unconditional love will become a necessary factor in learning to understand and use this ability to manifest a positive material reality though thought.
If you are in a situation or relationship that you feel unhappy with you have the ability to change it to one that can create happiness and peace of mind. You have to have faith in your ability to do so. You also have to have gratitude for being born with the ability to manifest happiness in your life. With gratitude you most have compassion; compassion is the key without it your ability to manifest true happiness will be hindered. Spiritual development will also be an important element in the next step in human evolutionary growth. You have to believe that you are a part of a much bigger picture. I recommend two books that can help put meat to this dialog one is “The Power of Your Subconscious Mind” by Joseph Murphy the other is “Secret of the Ages” by Robert Collier. These two books will help you to better understand the fact that you are what you think.
It may be the most difficult thing you have ever tried it has been for me, but we can control our internal and external environment with our thoughts. Think of what you want don’t waste time thinking of failure or what you don’t want. What you think about often you will manifest in your life whether you believe it or not.
Over the years I have learned that the best way to navigate the objective conditions in life is to try to find a balance between mind, body and spirit. No two people are alike there are always differences in human nature, even in identical twins. It is important to understand yourself during this period of frequency change in our universe. Finding balance in your life is no longer an option it is rapidly becoming a necessity. Nature is selective and for those who chose to ignore the need to find balance will have difficulty making the cut.
If you are reading this dialog it is for a reason, all things happen for a reason and there is no such thing as a coincidence. A coincidence is a message from the mind of the universe. There has always been natural holistic ways to improve our quality of life. Many of us have lost our intuitive ability to find internal balance due to our external search for a perceived happiness. Looking for love in all the wrong places is the saying. The first step in finding balance is to understand that without love of self an external search for love will be never ending.
Wellness is very important to those who love themselves. Finding balance in our personal natural wellness options is also important. The more you learn about holistic wellness options the greater your ability will be to selection the option that will bring balance to your life. If you are eating the wrong foods, you should learn how to bring balance to your diet by eating some of the right foods or how to naturally detox harmful elements from your body.
Your subconscious mind already knows how to naturally keep your mind, body and spirit balanced that is why you are reading this. It is also the reason why Harlem Holistic Wellness Week will end with a wellness expo at the City College of New York; to give you wellness options. Your intuitive guide will help you select the wellness option that’s best for you, it will be up to you to listen to yourself and make the choice.

Harlem Holistic Wellness Week
There are many reasons for the tremendous growth in the desire by many to address their health by using natural holistic wellness strategies. Many believe that it is due to the growth of the baby boomers quest for longevity; others see it as being a way to address the concern about the long term negative effects of manmade drugs. I agree with the popular thought that a greater number of people are now experiencing the quality of life benefits in learning to balance mind, body and spirit.
Harlem Holistic Wellness Week (Saturday April 27th to Saturday May 4th ) will become a vehicle to bring those who would like to explore natural holistic ways to improve the quality of their lives with the practitioners, programs and businesses that offer natural holistic wellness options. Thousands of people in over 70 countries celebrate the collective mind of wellness and peace annually on the last Saturday in April during world Tai Chi and Qigong Day (www.worldtaichiday.org).
The annual Harlem World Tai Chi and Qigong Day celebration will be the first event of Harlem Holistic Wellness Week on Saturday April 27th. If you are interested in learning about energy training programs, this event will provide a wonderful opportunity to speak to energy movement and treatment masters from Harlem and the Tri State area. Proactive Wellness Strategies
By Tony Rogers
We have been led to believe that we only go to the doctor when we are ill. For many medical help is not sort after until the third stage of illness. We are all in the first stage of illness due to the food that we eat, the air that we breathe, the water that we drink and the products that we use. It is very difficult to get away from the toxins that lay dormant in our body.
In the second stage of illness is when we feel that something is not right but it is not bad enough to seek medical help. It’s something that needs to be looked into when we can get around to it or when it gets worse. In the third stage of illness we know we have to get medical help from our doctor or the emergency room of our local hospital.
In the fourth stage we are taken to the hospital and by this time it could be too late.
Currently there is a larger profit in cure then in prevention a major reason why your own health strategies in prevention can no longer be put aside until you can find the time. There is a shocking DVD out titled “Genetic Roulette” a film by bestselling author Jeffrey M. Smith and narrated by Lisa Oz. It talks about the alarming evidence that shows how genetically modified organisms (GMOs) found in much of the food we eat; can be traced to the rising disease rates in the United States. Warning it will make you think twice about eating foods I am sure you like.
When you add stress to all of this the ability to avoid illness is not great. Over 90% of illnesses in the United States can be traced back to stress. It is way passed the time not to be proactive with your health. The need to bring balance to mind, body and spirit has never been greater. Meditation, yoga, Tai Chi and Ki training are important steps to consider in developing a preventive wellness strategy.
Holistic health programs are becoming major paths taken by many who seek to take control of their proactive wellness options. I am working with a few groups in the wellness community in Harlem to coordinate the first annual Harlem Holistic Wellness Week, Saturday April 27th to Saturday May 4th.
The week-long celebration will high light the many options available that one might take to begin a proactive holistic wellness program. The week will begin on April 27th with the annual celebration of International World Tai Chi Day in Saint Nicolas Park at 135th street and end on May 4th at the second annual City College Holistic Wellness Expo.
I invite anyone interested in learning about ways to improve their ability to balance mind, body and spirit to call me directly at 646 329-6727 and schedule a visit to the New York Ki Energy Wellness Center in Harlem. Remember we all are in the first stage of illness we breathe, eat and drink toxins every day. Be proactive not reactive with your health, the life you save maybe your own.
